1. Is NRF Techclub open to everyone?

Yes. Anyone can create an account and register independently. However, training courses and selected technical content must be unlocked by NRF after submitting an access request.

2. How can I request access to the training content?

Complete the access request form on the platform or contact us at techlabsupport@nrf.eu. Once your request has been approved, the relevant content will be activated in your account.

3. Is NRF Techclub free to use?

Yes. NRF Tech Lab is free of charge and provides NRF customers with access to technical resources, learning materials and dedicated training courses.

4. Which languages are available?

The platform is currently available in 12 main languages. We continue to expand the available languages based on growing user demand.

5. Are the courses regularly updated?

Yes. Our courses and technical materials are continuously reviewed and updated to reflect new products, technologies and workshop requirements.

6. Do I receive a certificate after completing a course?

Yes. After successfully completing all required training levels and assessments, you will receive a certificate confirming your achievement.

7. Can I access NRF Techclub from my phone?

Yes. You can use the platform from your computer or access it through the mobile application, allowing you to consult technical information wherever you are.

8. Can I register for in-person training sessions?

Yes. Through the platform calendar, you can view and request access to in-person technical training sessions held at NRF workshops in Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Romania and Poland.

9. Can I interact with other users?

Yes. The community area allows you to share questions, photos and real workshop cases, exchange experiences and receive suggestions from other automotive professionals.
