The function

Heaters use engine-generated heat to warm the vehicle cabin. As coolant flows through the heater core, heat is transferred to the passing air, which is then circulated throughout the interior by the blower motor to maintain comfortable cabin temperatures.

This process also supports effective windscreen defrosting and defogging, ensuring clear visibility in cold conditions. By efficiently utilising engine heat, the system provides reliable warmth, improved comfort, and consistent climate control.
